Thank you for purchasing a ticket to this year’s Pride Festival Weekend event. The cost of your ticket contributes towards the delivery of the event. Please observe the following Terms & Conditions relating to your Ticket and Entry in to the event.
THE POSSESSION OF THIS TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.
Tickets and Wristbands remain the property of Pride Glasgow and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Admission to the Event
Management reserve the right to eject or refuse entry to any persons not wearing an official accreditation from the event areas. Any individual acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by management inside the event may be asked to leave.
You are purchasing tickets for the Pride Glasgow Pride Festival Weekend Event and not purchasing a ticket or wristband to see a specific artist or performer.
The ticket and wristband allows you access in to the event site on the day and time(s) specified.
A Day Ticket for the current day can be bought from the onsite Box Office from 08:00hrs until 20:00hrs Saturday 08:00hrs until 17:00hrs Sunday. We only have a limited number of Day Tickets available each day. Once these sell out only full Pride Festival Weekend Tickets will be available to purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the holder the festival if its the reasonable opinion of the organiser that admission of the holder to the site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the event, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.
You will only be permitted entry to see Steps if you have purchased the Steps Afterparty option.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets can only be refunded if the event does not take place.
Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets. Keep your ticket safe.
Tickets for Pride Glasgow’s Festival Weekend should only be bought from authorised agents and not street sellers as you may be purchasing an invalid ticket. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain will render it void.
Tickets must be exchanged for an official wristband at the Event during the Pride Festival Weekend, wristbands must be visible at all times.
Time(s) day(s) and date(s) of the event may be subject to change.
Pride Festival Weekend Wristbands are water resistant and are to be worn at all times to gain access to the event site. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for ripped or broken wristbands.
Ticket conditions are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises. In the event of a breach of this contract by the organisers, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without the prior written permission from Pride Glasgow (SCIO). This includes official Pride Glasgow sponsors and media partners.
Changes to the billing
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs. Your ticket is for the event and not to see a specific artist or band.
Pride Glasgow (SCIO) reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
Photography and Filming
Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish Pride Glasgow to use your picture, please inform the photographer.

WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING.
No alcohol or glass to be brought into the Event.
Glasgow City Council bylaw prohibits street drinking outside the Event.
It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces.
Strictly no illegal substances are permitted within the Event Site.
No Poppers are permitted within the event site
Persons entering the event may be searched as a condition of entry.

No street peddling
No street promotion
No fly posting
No laser pens
